His career reflects a blend of financial expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and strategic consulting across both public and private institutions.
He is the Proprietor and Chief Executive Officer of Team Saeed, a management and financial consulting firm established in collaboration with Liberty Law Chambers in 2017. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight of the firm’s operations, develops business and investment plans, and delivers financial advisory and corporate restructuring solutions for clients across diverse industries.
As a consultant, Mr. Saeed has led several high level advisory engagements, including providing consultancy and corporate representation services for SOPAM Groupe, a Burkina Faso based multinational, during its proposed agribusiness investment partnership with the Government of Equatorial Guinea. He has also prepared comprehensive development and business plans for a number of One-District One-Factory (1D1F) projects in Ghana, such as ADOA Rubber Estate Ltd. (Assin Nsuta), Central Oil Mills Ltd. (near Kakum), and Wonderwood Farms Ltd. (Winneba). His client portfolio further includes institutions such as Imperial Holdings Company Ltd., Ambience Consulting Ghana Ltd., TCC Quarry Ltd., and BOSSCHRIS Ghana Ltd.
Beyond his professional practice, Mr. Saeed serves as the voluntary Finance Director and Secretary of the Islamic Youth League of Ghana (IYLG), where he has developed and implemented financial frameworks, internal control systems, and governance structures for the organization and its subsidiary educational institutions — Al-Khulafau Arashiduun Islamic Senior High School and Islamic Training Centre. In this role, he also prepares and presents the League’s annual financial reports and budgets at its general meetings.
Prior to founding Team Saeed, he held several managerial and consulting roles, including Managing Director of Modernview Estate Company Ltd. (2014–2016), where he oversaw real estate investments and growth strategies, and Audit Senior and Consultant at Edward Agyarko Amfo Consultancy Services (2011– 2013), where he led audits and developed operational manuals for numerous microfinance institutions across Ghana.
Mr. Saeed is a product of Apam Senior High School and the London School of Business and Finance (UK). He is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales (2011), a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (2010), and a Diploma in Computer Software from Wintech Professional Studies, Accra (2006).
He is also the author of “Understanding Microfinance: A Practical Guide for Investors and Institutions”, published in 2015 under the auspices of the British Council in Ghana, a work that has contributed meaningfully to the understanding and practice of microfinance within the region
