He began as Branch Manager at Wapic Insurance (now Coronation Insurance) in Tema, later expanding his scope as Regional Manager at NSIA Insurance Ghana Limited. There, he successfully managed operations across Tema, Volta, and Eastern Regions, achieving notable profitability and growth.
Daniel later became Head of Business Development at Ideal Insurance Brokers, where he orchestrated a successful turnaround strategy within six months, significantly improving the company’s performance and market visibility.
